Crestwood Medical Group Expands Heart Care with Two Convenient Locations

HUNTSVILLE, AL — Crestwood Medical Group is proud to announce the expansion of cardiac services to include two convenient locations in Madison and Huntsville. This expansion allows our patients greater access to quality, compassionate heart care closer to home, enhancing our commitment to serving the cardiovascular needs of North Alabama.

The expansion is possible in part to the addition of a cardiologist to the care team, Dr. Sam Michael. Dr. Michael joins Dr. Satyabrata Chatterjee and Melissa Morlote Triana, PA, in providing a range of cardiology services, including preventive care, diagnostic testing and advanced treatment for heart conditions.
