Your Stay
No one looks forward to a hospital stay, but at Crestwood Medical Center, we work hard to make sure your visit is as pleasant as possible. Here's a few things you should know about your room and our hospital in general that can help make your time with us restful and healing.
Television: Includes closed captioning for the hearing impaired. Channel listings are located on page 15 of your patient handbook.
Wireless Internet Service: Free wireless internet is available through the network name: CRESTWOOD HOTSPOT. For technical support, dial extension 5522.
Smoking: For the safety and comfort of our guests, Crestwood Medical Center is a non-smoking facility.
Interpreters: Sign language, interpreting services and other auxiliary aids are available free of charge for hearing, visual and speech impaired patients, as well as those for whom English is not their primary language. Just ask your nurse for assistance to request any of these services.
Meals: Patients can select their meals from a seven-day cycle selective menu. Menus are distributed to patients each morning between 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. For more information, dial extension 5550 or 5828.
- Breakfast: 7:45 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
- Dinner: 4:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
We also provide between-meal snacks for patients who have additional nutritional needs. Snacks are provided three times a day: 10 a.m., 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
