Pay Your Bill Online
Crestwood Medical Center’s digital billing platform allows you to securely view and pay your hospital statements online. Once your statement is available, you will receive a text message or email with a link to your secure online payment portal:
Through the MySecureBill patient billing portal, you can:
- Make a one-time quick payment
- Enroll in your secure billing portal
- View, print and download statements
- Download payment receipts for HSA/FSA accounts
- Set up a flexible payment plan
- Choose your automatic draft payment date
- Update your payment method at any time
- Receive text or email notifications when payments process or when your card is about to expire
- Chat directly with customer service
How to Enroll in the MySecureBill Patient Portal
Take control of your hospital billing statements by enrolling in the MySecureBill patient portal. The guarantor is the person financially responsible for the account.
To enroll:
- For services provided BEFORE April 1, 2026, visit crestwood.mysecurebill.com
OR
For services provided ON or AFTER April 1, 2026, visit crestwoodmedcenter.mysecurebill.com - Click New User
- Enter your MyEasyMatchCode (found on your statement)
- Enter the guarantor’s zip code
Once your statement is available, you will receive a notification by email or text message with a secure link to your online billing portal. Official billing notifications will come from Email: Crestwood Medical Center Digital Billing (donotreply@rs-enotice.com) or Text Message: 256-364-1641.

To complete your hospital bill payment by phone, call the secure automated payment line. Phone payments are available 24 hours a day.

Have questions about your billing information? Click the “Live Chat With Us” button within the billing portal to speak directly with a representative. After business hours, the chat feature converts to email. Messages are typically answered within 48 business hours.
